couple questions on taking tamoxifen citrate

The source I found on this says:
"THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR HUMAN USE, THIS PRODUCT CAN BE HARMFUL IF INGESTED. "
I also read on their disclaimer page:
"have not been sterilized or tested"

You take this orally right? Also, is this ok to take if its not sterilized, or should I try to find another source?
 
that's b/c it is a research chemical and also happens to be a substance that is illegal to possess w/o a prescription, unless it is used for research purposes (non-human). The product utilizes alcohol as a solvent which would sterilize the product. Every Board sponsor on Anabolic Minds who offers research chemicals for sale, does not and cannot market such products for human use due to the law. Anyone knows that a mammal can ingest alcohol orally, as it is intended to be.
