PEG and Oral Conversions

When making oral conversions, do they have a better chance of dissolving if the PEG used is higher, such as PEG600? I ask because I'm trying to make some anavar at 40mg/ml.

not sure but I have been told that the best PEG MW is 300 for var. anahydrous ethonol would probably be better.
