New Cycle...test e/tren a/d-bol

Hello

My new cycle....

started thur 23.02...

500mg/week testo enate (week 1-12)
30mg d-bol / ED for 5 weeks (week 1-5)
75mg/EOD trenbolone acetate /(8 weeks, starting in week 2)
10mg nolvadex/ ED
300mg b6/ED

PCT:
week 15-16: nolva 40mg/ed
week 17-18: nolva 20mg/ed


1. time with tren....

is it better to run the test longer then the tren?or end the same day?.....

is my pct okey?......

run the test at least a week past the tren for an easier pct

i THINK that is a TON of b6 and that can be harmful .. no expert here though

for the pct i would run it a little longer just to be safe but thats me

like 60/40/40/20/20

and if you can add hcg in asap 2x a week at 250iu a pop up until pct

I second that.

I would only run the Nolva during if symptoms of gyno appear as it is a toxin. You may know how you respond to test already and know you need it but if not save it for when you need it. If bloat is the concern Nolva will not help it. Get some Aromasin, Adex or Letro for that but again only if needed and low dose eod at that.

agreed.

B-6 in high doses for extended durations has been shown to negatively affect the basal ganglia and cause nerve damage. If you get headaches, back off the dose.

The Tren A is a short estar and the Test E has a long estar you can end them at the same time and be fine, athough it looks like your ending the Tren at week 10 and going 12 with the Test...even better.

I third the B-6 concern and would only use if you have a need, you would be better served with Bromo or Dosinix if you really have issues.

PCT looks fine by me, but a little HCG during cycle never hurts when you start reach 10+ weekers.

what about the rest of the cycle... good or bad??
does somebody have any experiance with this combo??

never used hcg before.....So...is hcg 500iu/week starting in week 7, okey??

Im going with 200mg ed with the b6,to be safe...

adding clomid for pct :
100mg/ed for 2 weeks, then 50mg/ed for 2 more

You can't be f**king serious. You started a cycle unsure of your actual cycle, PCT, and workout routine?

Then I am sure your diet is 100% like the rest of you guys that do similar ****.

im on a 5 split aws...

my diet::::::::::run:

meal 1:

50gr of whey protein
10gr creatine
60gr wheat
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 banana

meal 2

360 gr tuna
100 gr rice

meal 3

same as meal 2

meal 4

250 gr beef
150 gr pasta
some vegetables


meal 5

75 gr rice
150 gr salmon
some vegetables

before bed
50 gr whey protein
2 tablespoons olive oil


post work out:

50 gr whey
30 gr fast carb
10 gr creatine

no big deal if i make some adjustments trough the cycle...

you really need more real food in your diet. I would assume from the cycle you are trying to bulk. What is your weight? Also, how many calories are in the "sample" diet you posted?

im 185cm and 92kg....dont know about the cal...3500-4000 maby....
can u please help me with a diet that suits this cycle...
going for lean-bulk......but I save the lean part to the end of the cycle...at least until i`m finished with the d-bol...

Search button. Top of screen next to new posts. Read some of the logs on here as well, many great examples of diet. Optimally you want to learn why people choose the particular macros & ratios in their diet and learn how to design your own in the stead of having someone hold your hand and do it for you. You want him to go to the gym and lift for ya too? :D


Edit: Don't get me wrong, we'll help ya out and give advise and critique your diet to help you improve it but do it for you? Hire Bobo for that.

I'll point out one thing you need to change, the before bed shake shouldn't be whey it should either be a blend containing or made up purely of Micellar casein.
