I wanted to post my recent PP cycle just FYI.

First some info: I have used many other supps in the past including 1-AD and 1-Test which worked very well for me. I am 43 years old, 5'11", 220lbs@12%BF (it IS winter!). Have been lifting since I was 15 when I weighed about 100 pounds wet.

After considerable study I decided to give PP a try. It was supposed to have less sides than SD and, for some, work better than SD.

For 4 weeks I took one cap in the morning and one at night, approx 12 hours apart.

Week 1: I was pretty excited. I had good energy and body weight started to climb. I was eating clean and all was well. The only side effect I noticed was a slight headache about 30 minutes after each dose.

By the end of the second week I had already gained nearly 10 pounds and was feeling sluggish, even "wind-ed" at times. No noticeable strength gains. In fact some lifts, like chins and dips were harder due to the sudden weight gain. Now it was starting to appear that the majority of the weight gain was in my gut.

End of Week 3: The headaches were gone; the weight gain was slowing down, but still nothing to brag about in the strength area. I was making progress per my schedule but, again, the rapid weight gain was making me sluggish.

End of week 4: weight gain peaked at 13-14 pounds (a lot!). Body composition seemed to be recovering as the mass now seemed to move to my legs and shoulders (yeah) although I did gain some in the midsection. No strength gains to brag about.

I have now been using NovedexXT for PCT and, 10 days after PP, am still sitting at 219-220lbs. Surprisingly, strength NOW seems to be going up.

None of this info is "scientific" I know but it is feedback nonetheless.

My overall opinion of PP? It is definitely a MASS builder - no doubt about that. I think you have to be carefull with diet or the weight will go to the wrong places. Maybe stacking it with a "recomp" agent like Orestan-E would be best.

My goal now is to "lean out" for spring. I'm thinking of trying Promagnon in April. Comments/suggestions?

I know when I put on a lot of weight quickly it takes my body some time to adjust to the extra weight, it is not used to carrying around. until my body adjusts I am also winded and feel like I have a hard time moving around.
