Hey guys, Im looking foward to put on some lean muscle mass on. I wanted to know everyone's opinion on which of these three are better to gain some lean muscle mass. I'm 5'9, weighting 170 lbs right now at 12% bf. Thanks a lot.
By the way, i did look thru a lot of threads and i read a lot of complements on these products, just wondering individuals experiences, and which do they preffer for lean muscle gains
