Proposed M1t PCT

What do you guys think of my PCT plan for a 3 week M1T cycle. This is my first cycle of the stuff.

W1: 40mg Nolva, 1800mg milk thistle, 2400mg RYR, 6 Vitrix caps
W2: 40mg Nolva, 1800mg milk thistle, 2400mg RYR, 6 Vitrix caps
W3: 20mg Nolva, 1800mg milk thistle, 2400mg RYR

any recommendations?

extend PCT by one additional week. 4th week should be 20mg of nolva as well. JMO.

I'd start the first few days of PCT at 80mg if your supply allows.
whats that old expression..? "more PCT = good"
