Any non methyls out there?

I've read alot of posts about all of the newest PH's out there such as SD and PP. Are there any non methyls that you would recommend for a 50yr. old?

Any idea if the new herbal hypertrophic is going to be hormonal or non hormonal. It would be nice to have another solid anabolic during non hormonal periods.
