I'm doing a little early planning for my first cycle in March. I'll be 190lbs at the start and my goal is to gain as much mass as possible (within reason). I'll be eating clean, but far above maintenance. Keeping things fairly simple so far:
Cycle
Weeks 1-6 - 200mg 1-Test, 300mg 4AD (transdermal)
PCT
Week 7 - 40mg Nolva, 25mg ATD, 200mg DHEA
Week 8 - 30mg Nolva, 50mg ATD, 200mg DHEA
Week 9 - 20mg Nolva, 50mg ATD, 100mg DHEA
Week 10 - 10mg Nolva, 75mg ATD, 100mg DHEA
Some things I'm considering:
- Adding Lean Extreme to my PCT
- Adding Activate to my PCT
- Upping the dosage of 1T/4AD
- Kickstarting w/ an oral (SD or PP)
- Should I get something else for bloat?
- When is a safe time to start cutting (if I need to)?
