HCG dosages

Okay bpmartyr was saying that it should be administered ONLY during cycle. After more research it seems that it sends a false signal to the testes and makes the transition much easier into PCT. I will run the HCG mid and at the end of the cycle because again after researching it says that long term use isn't recommended and instead 3 week stints of it works best.

However, what dosages should I run (in IU's/week)? I know it may change for eveyrone but what is the base rule.

Also do I run it at all PCT? Like into the first week?

250iu 2x per week for 10 to 12 weeks will be just fine. Shorter runs are requred with higher doses. Do not run it into PCT, you do not want any suppression while trying to recover. IMHO
 
Okay sounds good. When I was reading up on it they were saying like 1500-2000 IU's per week thats why I was very confused.


Also I have a friend who is 6 weeks into his cycle and has HCG. He is running his cycle for 10 weeks. I told him to get on it now, what dosage you think for him weekly?
 
Same as I posted before. I started mine at week 6 only because I did not have enough to start at week 1, 2, or 3 and run till PCT (on a tight budget). You can start yours right from the getgo since prop is so fast acting it will shut ya down in a hurry but you can wait till shrinkage starts if you want. I think it is a matter of personal preferance. IMHO
