Got my TEST COUNT BACK, Can someone elaborate for me?

Hey guys, i went and got a blood test done for my Total Test, Free Test %, and Free Test. I know my numbers are in the normal range but would like some of ya'll advice on where i stand.. Im about to start a 3 week cycle of SD 10/20/20. PCT NOLVA 40/30/20/10 in conjustion with RXT 25/25/50/75 and some Reduce XT for a cortisol inhibitor.

HERE ARE MY TEST RESULTS!!

TT: 654
FT %: 1.49%
FT : 97.4


Can some tell me how this looks? Im 23yr of age. Have done 2 PH cycles before, one with a good PCT and one with out.. (i was yourng and stupid, and have done a lot of research since)

Now here is a weird question, with an SD cycle, espeically one of only 3 weeks at low dosages is it possible with a good PCT to get my test levels to come out higher after the cycle is done? Or is that normally not the case?
 
Your total number puts you in the mid-high range, no need for PH at that level, the right eating regimen and hitting the gym hard will give you better gains than shutting down with a ph cycle and having to go through PCT.

Are you suggesting that he'd gain more naturally than with the use of anabolics? That's retarded, I'm sorry.
