started at 15% bf over a year ago
looking now to bulk.
I have done a lot of reasearch on this product.
I want to do it as safe as i possibly can. I understand the possible sides.
diet started at 2700 cals 3 weeks ago and is now 3300 cals
High complex carbs 450 plus a day
looking for a soldid 5lbs
here is my dosage so far
week 1 6mg
week 2 9mg
week 3 Starts tommorow (not sure to leave at 9mg or bump up
week 4 ?
Im getting harder, a little more vascular, a tiny bit stronger-nothing impressive-no sides yet that I feel!
I would love to up to 12mgs from everything I have read, but I don't want to harm my body anymore than I need to for a few extra lbs. I want to run M-dien as safely as I can with still getting good results-any help be appreciated!
