Hey guys, its been a while since I've been on the board but it is that time of the season again where I'm looking to really bulk up heavy this year ( who isn't though right?). Real quick.. I'm 5'9(almost) and about 198-200lbs around 13% BF. Last year I went up to 205 and a little under 10% BF. Im looking to surpass this by spring. Last year I was def novice about the whole thing and just did 8 weeks of test 250 @ 2 cc's a week. I stopped because I thought that gyno might have been starting but I had no one to ask really. SO I have been doing my hmwk and this is what I have now. I have test 250 again and I also got deca because I remember being told about stacking them. I'm not sure how long to run this or how to really set it all up because I have no exp with deca. I'm def ready for pct this time though with plenty of nolva on hand as well as other things, and I have my liver pretty much covered. Just not to sure about the correct "dosages" should i run one nice one and then a short one later or will i have enough time to run two really nice cycles before spring/ summer and still cut?? Any help here would be appreciated, if your gonna bash then please just move on.
