I'm 23, 5'10", 220 @ 13%, have been working out for about 5 years and am planning on running a test prop/tren ace cycle soon. The cycle will be simply

weeks 1-6 test prop, 50mg ED
weeks 1-6 tren ace, 50mg ED
weeks 4-6 hCG, 500iu EOD

followed of course by PCT.

I have everything figured out except how many calories I should be consuming.

I always see people praising test/tren cycles as being able to add LBM while reducing fat, but noone ever talks about what kind of diet they followed to achieve their results.

I was thinking of eating maintenance calories @ 40/40/20 and doing cardio both first thing in the morning for 30-60 minutes and then 30 minutes again immediately post workout. Would this allow me to cut some fat while adding some LBM?

I also thought I might add some low-moderate doses of T3 and Clen, but I didn't know if that would be a good idea or not for my recomposition goals.
