    Blood pressure monitor

Hey, I am wondering if anyone knows of a good blood pressure monitor to buy? I am looking to get one to keep around my place to check every week or so. Ever since getting in to anabolics ive been wanting to make sure Im alright in all aspects. So my next area to keep checking on is blood pressure. ANy suggestions on this, possible things to help blood pressure besides red yeast, nolva, and twin labs blood pressure? Thanks for any input.

Hawthorne Berry helps. I've never really heard of Nolva helping bp though? I'm not saying it doesn't, just never heard of a SERM doing that.

Anyways, any of the electric bp monitors should do. I have one that I picked up at Walgreens but I forgot who makes it. They're still kind of off but give you a great idea. I still like the good old scope & gauge read, but then again, I am studying medicine.

Get an Omron. Expect to pay for what you get.

    Good stuff and highly accurate.

Celery seed extract is also proven to help lower bp.

Could be a problem if your arms are bigger than 17 inches..LOL!

Also I forgot to mention, try eating low sodium foods.
