Legal Gears Methyl Stack HELPP THE NEWBIE

HEY GUYS how is everyone?...ive been working out for 4 years and ive seen great results thus far..the only supplement i ever used was creatine and no2...now im looking to gain some serious mass im 185lbs looking to get up to like 200 my bf is at 14%..so anyway i have a friend who tried legal gears methyl1-p and it worked great for him his bench shot up like 35lbs and he gainined like almost 10lbs in 3 weeks...i was looking to try something like this but i am not sure what this stuff is or how it works...im uneducated in this stacking thing....soo i need some help? This is the stack

WEEKS ......................DAILY DOSE

Weeks 1-2 ..................3 caps Methyl-1-Alpha (60 mg) / 3 Caps Methyl-1P

Weeks 3-4 ..................6 Caps Methyl-1P

Weeks 5-6 ..................6 Caps Methyl-1P

Week 7 .......................3 caps Formadrol

Week 8 .......................2 caps Formadrol

Week 9 .......................1 cap Formadrol

Week 10 .....................1 cap Formadrol

I kno the formadrol is the pct....but is this healthy...someone told me that Methyl-Alpha was compared to M1T...someone also told me to take liver pills while on this cycle...theres so many supplements and things to take im so confused...i kno the methyl worked because i watched my friend transform into an animal....thanks for the help any feedback would be appreciated...thanks

I don't trust legal gear, neither that M1P crap, the name says it all :" methyl stack ", once again you shouldn't stack c17a steroids

seemse like generally superdrol for three weeks at 20/20/30 with nolva/clomid pct is much more effective.

hey, welcome to the site! Now to the shitty part. You have alot of research to do before you take this dive. Please dont say you have been on this site day and night either as if you had been you would already know that 99.7% of us DO NOT trust legal gear at all.(aleast not anymore). The majority of their products are **** and in accordance so will be your results. As stated by yourself, "someone said it is comparable to M1T" The person who said that is legal gear themselves. I read it today while taking a dump. I would throw the legal to the side atleast untill you do some more reading. You also stated that you have had great gains since starting 4 years ago, have you hit a plateau or do you just want some quick mass. How is your diet? Again welcome to the site and enjoy!!

First I would decide what you are really trying to get out of your cycle. 10lbs lean mass with some good weight gains? What do you want? That is the most important thing. I did a SD cycle and had a great experiance. What are your stats(may have overlooked). These are all things that others will ask you later, so just post them now.

we'll im 18 years of age at 5'11 height and 188lbs im currently eating around 5000 calories about 800g carbs a day and 300g protein im eating about 7 meals a day...im taking creatine and glutamine along with zma and bcaa and liquid amino acids..im looking to gain as much size as possible at my current bf im at like 13%

im looking for something that will make me look big...im strong but i dont have the mass to match...i dont have that bodybuilder shape if u get what im saying

Bro you're too young for any type or anabolic stuff and too light in my opinion at your weight at your height. If you are 188 at 5' 11" then I feel you have more natural gains that can easily come your way and if they aren't it's an oversight on the part of diet and/or training....and furthermore, not calling you a liar, but I doubt you are taking in that many calories....You should try counting everything you eat and drink, many people UNDER and OVER estimate...... if you want try some stuff from Designer SUpps or Custom NUTRITION Warehouse.....From cnw look into BCAA's, Creatine Ester or malate, Beta-Alanine and Histidine, Arginine and it's many salt attachments like AKG or Malate.....or try stuff from MAN like Clout or Body Octane......some good researched stuff in there....or just home brew it with CNW and add in an amino acid cocktail with some EAA's or BCAA's....many natural remedies coming out since the PH ban that there is pretty much no reason to use harmful anabolics....you can still achieve more gains naturally....also look into Primaforce/Sciavation for some of there newer cutting edge products. Take care man.

It takes time man....I feel like I haven't gained ****....it's cause of the Adonis Complex, or body dysmorphic disorder.....we pretty much all suffer from it, which is why we gather on sites such as this. It's all good. Hey that's me in the pic in the avatar and I am 225lbs, yet I still feel like a skinny fat 169lbs!

Dude this thread is about to be closed, anyway before it does, i have to say this leave these endogenous hormonal anabolic substances alone. As ATLAS said look into the xtend by scivation kick ass amino acid complex, but most of all correct diet and and sound training cannot be stressed enough, even if you did take an anabolic you have to eat right and train correctly to illicit some type of gains. Leave the anabolics alone, and eat some chicken and some brown rice...
