right. however, after apply an hour or two before working out, percipitation causes even more absorption from the ph residue left on the skin, that hasnt yet been absorbed. try to apply an hour before hitting the gym. Sage

Sage is right. Actually sweating is good. The way the transdermal is absobed with the solution is through the SC. BUT when you sweat it opens the pores and some ph can go through there. That is way when its on your skin and you sweat it starts to burn agin. Its a bonus... Like I said before "Sweat like a pig and grow big"... hehehe Talk to ya..

Yep. Even warm skin has been shown to increase absorption.. Go for it.. Talk to ya..

The only thing is you'd want to take a shower after working out, and then you'd wash it off...
