Here is some good advise : use the search function.

i'm pretty sure that makes you 145lbs adn 14% bodyfat .. you don't need steriods you need a lot of diet and training work as well as dedication

If you want a shortcut, just sign up for Bobo's bulking program. If your a newb you'll probably gain as much as you would from a cycle, without any exogenous hormones. My advice: spend the money you would have spent on a cycle on this.

WORD.

agreed. unless you're 4'10" (like glen), that ain't much weight to be working with bro. get yourself a solid base with a training and diet program, i.e. bobo. if you try AAS now, you'll just be wasting your time and money, and end up losing anything you gain.

unfortunately growing up in the back woods of virginia and having repeated sex with his first cousin has left beelze with very little ability to accurately assess another's height

I disagree with this

I've found that people who haven't hit their genetic potential tend to keep the gains they've made on AAS, even with orals.

Its once you've surpassed genetic potential and go off the AAS that your body wants to slide back to its natural limit.

the point being that this guy probably doesn't have a clue on how to train properly.. and using AAS is out of the question unless you're going to do it right... that's what the common theme on this thread is... Try not to perpetuate the problem of noobers thinking AAS is the cure all for poor training and diet bro.

It sounds like the general consensus is that without really nailing down your diet and training is that AAS is a waste of time. Diet is more than eating your protein and taking your flax.

Being a somewhat of a noob ... I have come to find this out the hard/expensive way. You need to get to know your body first. What works and doesnt work for you naturally.

i think you should shoot 100mg of tren every day intraveinously. i did that for my first cycle and i gained like 130 pounds of muscle.
