19-nor-4-ad or 4-ad whats best with m1t

i have some 4-ad and 19-nor-4-ad, what would be the best to stack with m1t?.

19Nor is quite suppresive. I won't use it with M1T.

Yea id use 4-ad, if i were you tho id jumpstart the cycle with m1t for the first 2 1/2 weeks or so and then use 19 nor and 4-ad the rest of the cycle. Wouldnt be a bad dermal cycle with good gains in strength and size.
