superdrol, big guys, and how long?
ok, i know there are a TON of threads about superdrol on here, and i've searched and searched and read and read and the majority of people taking it are like 150-160, what i'm looking for is the big guys that have taken it, i mean if you are over 220-230 how did you like it? how much did you run it at? and how long? also has anyone gone over 4 weeks? the bottle and the company says to run it for 6 weeks. anybody ever try this?

I'm not a "big" guy but here at my .02.
I think you still see similar gains no matter the weight, you just have to tweak the dosage. Usually people over 200lbs start at around 10 or 20mg & run a 4 week cycle & hit 40mg. I'm sure people have gone over 4 weeks but in most of the threads I've read, people stop seeing gains after the 3rd or 4th week. IMHO the bottles cycle is retarted.

Does 300 count, I ran it and liked it. 4 weeks at 30mgs was perfect.

I was 228 before a 4wk SD cycle and 237 after.
I used 20mg a day. It's a great product but it killed my libido after 2 weeks.

also, forgot to add this in, since we're bigger and most of us dont have the metabolisms of hummingbirds like these smaller guys, how long did you wait in between cycles? that is if you did a second or plan on doing one

SD didn't do much for me, started at 20mg and later tried 30mgs on a second go round. it was ok, but not what i'm hearing from the newbs. perhaps, if i hadn't tried real **** first, i would have been more impressed.

How long in between? Get bloodwork done and make sure everything is normal. That is after finishing PCT plus an equal amount of Time On.

My PCT was 4 weeks of Novedex XT, DHEA and Fenugreek.
I haven't done another cycle yet, was thinking of doing another or possibly an AAS (my first) cycle in Janurary.
FYI: It took me 3 weeks of PCT before my libido started to come back another 2 weeks before it was normal. I don't know if it would have returned quicker with Nolv but I may try that next time.

the only thing is that i have been a good responder to everything i have ever done i.e 1,4 andro, mohn, m5aa, 1ad, 4ad etc. so you could be different which everyone is
i did this cycle to get over a plateau i was on for about 6 months with both body weight and my bench and curls

I went from 214 to 229 in 6 weeks @ 20mg/day. First week I did 10mg/day, then bumped it to 20mg for the rest. SD worked great and I was on a calorie reduced diet.

You usually do a ramping down method. Something like 75/75/50/50/25/off, which was what was suggested to me. It should be AT LEAST the length of your cycle. My rule of thumb is make it the length of your cycle + 2 extra weeks to be safe. So, if you run a 4 week cycle, run a 6 week pct. Hope this helped.

Guy i would probably never run it that long again without a lot of safegaurds i.e NAC,Milk Thistle,RALA for liver
hawthorne berry coq10 for heart
omega 3-6-9 and sesamin for lipid profile and e-form throughout for gyno prevention (probably doesnt help that much but hey id just feel better ) but all these if i were to carry it for 6 weeks again
but if i were going to do it for say a 3-4 week stack then one of each is all i need becuase i know how my body handles this chemical

It was a stand alone SD cycle. It had been almost 6 months since my last cycle when I did the SD. I usually do one every six months and that seems to help my gains.Originally Posted by guyfromkop2

PCT was Rebound XT and tamoxifen.
My stregth continued to stay stable or climb slightly ONE month into PCT with this combo. I will use this same combo next time, with the possible addition of Activate late in PCT and then taper off the RXT and Tamox and run the Activate for a month or two alone.
I did not dare increase my dosage b/c I was already gaining to much. My goal of the cycle was cutting , but the 20mg of SD worked to well on me, even on a reduced calroie diet with some cardio. Next SD cycle I will cut calories even further.
This was my FIRST SD cycle and I am 33.
The only sides I really noticed was a decreased libido was late into week 3.
I am planning a T1-Pro + SD cycle for the winter.

I am on my third 4 wk SD cycle. The first two I ran 20mg straight through. The first two cycles I stayed on a maintenance caloric intake. I still gained alot of weight but an injury on my first cycle had me off my feet for two weeks and the second cycle something came up so my PCT suffered and I lost much of my gains.
This time around I upped my calories by approximately 500 or so and I went from 210 to 227 in three weeks. First week was 20mg and weeks 2 and three have been 30mgs. At 30 I am not sleeping as well and my BP is definitely up. The BP could strictly be from the weight gain as I have done no cardio at all.
I guess my point is this. Listen to your body. Try 20mg for your first cycle. If you don't get what you are looking for then on your next one bump to 30. 17lbs in three wks is just too much for me but you may be different.

I did 6oxo on a old T1-Pro cycle, but I used 1 - 1.2/day for 6 weeks and it worked well, but it was too much $$$$ and there are better alternatives for less cash.
