This is a premade cycle planner spreadsheet courtesy of onepack @ gotfina.com

Has all your fav injectables, orals and there half lives with planners as to when to inject, etc. He has another Diet guide, but I couldn't get it to work. You need MS Excel to view it.

Also it only works in the 2k version of Excel.. but there is an older version that works with 97 and above..

how the hell do I shrink the long assed window that comes up when I hit the "stacks" button?....I can't shrink it or move it enough to use it (i.e. click the "OK" ir "cancel" bottons)
