quick clarification

my friend is doing a test 250/deca cycle...10 weeks

test 250 2x per week m/th = 500mgs a week

deca 300 1x per week = 300 mgs a week

stop deca a week before the test so they clear at the same time, then how long to wait before pct?

and is it okay to pin deca ONCE a week...
