You guys need to read this thread.

It's funny as hell..... Some guy is doing a log on his SD/PP stack.
I spent an hour reading it last night and it's funny!... Once you get
to the 2nd or 3rd page you will see.... I hope I can gain 22lbs on my
SD/PP cycle and also bench 500lbs...... I don't mean to send people
over to BB.com, but if your into a three ring circus side show..... Check it
out... http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...1&page=1&pp=30

You have got to be kidding.
I would have read the entire thing but this guy gets way to annoying about page 9 or 10:

Here is a classic from this guy:

I stated that I do not go to failure. Reason being is becasue I choose to do partial reps instead. When I get to that last rep when I know I can't do another full one, I start going into partial reps. If partial reps. are not an option, drop the weight and finish that way, and do a few more reps than intended to punish yourself for dropping down in weight.

To me, this is more effective than going to failure. All that screaming, struggling and nausia...for nothing.

Red face

I'm annoying huh?

Check this out. Just becasue you hang out on a steroid forum does not mean you know your ass from a hole in the ground.

You think you know the perfect way to train? Good for you, when you find an instruction manual on the perfect flawess way to lift make sure you clue us all in OK? I know what works for me. If you think there is only one way to lift there you're plain stupid and need to stop going to the gym.

If read you might actually learn something, pull your head outta your ass. And yes, my bench went up 65 lbs...not uncommon.

Since were here, go ahead and get off your bandwagon and tear me apart.

Let's see what you got.

If you seriously want to gain some size. and you've never done AAS before (WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT). Then don't be so shocked to see these kind of gains.

I can't tell if you're joking, serious, or so old school that you can't beleive these new LEGAL substances can put on this kind of size (to 1st time users).

yes you actually are running out of time..
GENTLEMEN, this is NOT bb.com... we are not going to whip out our ****s and see who can piss the farthest.. if you are going to do **** like this.. then find a new board, because this type of **** is NOT going to be tolerated.

Monster, personally I don't know you or know of you but your bench going up that much in such a short amount of time does seem to point at you were either under-reporting your bench the first time or had some other malfunction with the way you tested the first time..
