According to your numbers 221lbs x 27.4%=60.6lbs of fat 160.4LBM 219lbs x 14.25%=31.2lbs of fat 187.8LBM
187.8-160.4=27.4lbs gained(LBM)
60.6lbs fat - 31.2lbs fat =29.4lbs of fat lost!
