How long after a two week cycle?

Hey guys I did a two week cycle of SD and I'm currently in the middle of a two week pct. Should I do three weeks pct or will two weeks be sufficient since I only did a two week cycle?

I think 2wks would be fine. Kinda waste of a cycle thou only thing that will pack on the weight is M1t. Never heard anybody doing just a 2 wk cycle LOL
 
Id have to disagree with you Buc many people do a 2wk cycle to see how they respond, also if they are doing high dose.

When I started my SD cycle I weighed 245 (16% bf) after two weeks I weighed 251 (16% bf) and my strength went thru the roof around the third day. Wasted cycle, hardly not. After I finished the cycle I got stronger and continued to grow and this was on 10mg for both weeks.

I stopped it early because some discomfort I was feeling in my chest (around my heart area). Went to the doc everything's o.k. Basically, I wanted to see how my body reacted to the SD as I have a history of High Blood Pressure. I achieved my desired results and now it's back to the drawing board. I'm sure you meant well in your statement and thanks for the reply but it was not a wasted cycle. So, I guess one could say this was for experiemental purposes.

P.S I was able to keep my bp at moderate levels

Two weeks of PCT should be ok but it wouldn't hurt to do three weeks.

Lets see if you keep it all. The shorter the cycle the harder to keep you gains. People that gain real fast in 1-2 weeks all amounts to glycogen. Superdrol is a glycogen monster.

Now to see how you respond i can see. Not good then stop a two weeks but if not go for the 4 or the 6. And just because its a high dose short cycle dosent mean its gonna make it any eaiser to keep. Plus hes older so it wont take much of a exogenious hormone to see quick results.
 
Heres a good quote on what im talking about and how to keep it.
"Most people will gain a transient 8-10lbs from SD just from the glycogen retention (muscle volume/pumps) it produces. The key to keeping that weight on is in your post cycle diet and training. Nolva did not make you loose the weight. You need to eat at least as much (in surplus) as you did while on cycle, for the first few weeks, and train about as regualrly as you did when on as well. Time off right after a cycle is not the best time to take it. A couple few weeks of solid training at the begining of PCT is advisable...then take a few days off to get some rest."
 
I understand what your saying Buc, my main point for someone to do a 2wk cycle is to see how they reaspond.

Hey Buc, I understand what your saying. And I mean no disrespect, but don't lose site of the fact that I wanted to see how my body (blood pressure) would respond to the SD. Like I said in my second post I felt some discomfort in my heart. The day I felt it, I thought it would go away this was on day 10 but it didn't, it continued. I got a little worried and stopped on day 14. I've learned my friend to listen to my body, the day after I stopped the SD the pain in my heart was gone. No way will I be convienced to continue on SD, my health is more important.

So far I've kept most of my strength, but I was already strong as an ox and I'm at the end of my two week pct. I'm not as pumped as I was on the SD but I didn't expect to be.

I really don't need to take SD, **** I'm 5'10 251 pounds with a 36' waist. Hell I need shred a few pounds. Again, I wanted to see how my BP would react, like I said earlier I have a history of HBP. SD is by far the strongest suplement I've ever taken and I've been working out since I was 15 yrs old. Only supps I've taken on a regular basis Creatine, Multi-vits, BCAA and Protein shakes. I did try some PHs but not on a regular basis.

On my true SD cycle I'm going to take QUICKRYDE's advice, I'm going to do a two-three week pre-cycle of Celery Seed, Hawthorn, and CoQ10. I already take fish oil, oderless garlic and organic Apple Cider Vinegar on a daily basis.

Hey Buc, you're probably right, I may need to try a more mellow PH. I haven't tried prostanazol or MaxLmg, from what I've read there seems to be some mixed reviews about them. I will read more about them before taking or even consider purchasing one or both of them.

And your'e right about the apple cider vinegar, but I mix it with some 100% organic apple juice and you can't taste it. ACV worked wonders on my blood pressure while on SD. Besides compared to Novadex, acv taste pretty damn good. LOL!
