how much do you guys bump up your caloric intake during a cycle?
I don't really concentrate on it. I make sure my protein intake is roughly 1.8-2 grams per pound bodyweight. The rest I let my appetite take care of.
I've noticed 18-20 cals seems to be pretty common (per lb BW) on 40/40/20. For ectos, maybe 22cals on a 50%C/35%P/15%F ratio.
I dunno though...Im no expert
