I need the masses to critique my planned cycle

Let me first say this is a great site, the best I've seen. I've been reading many of your post for a long time and have decided to join.

Well, I'm 34 I've been working out since I was 16. I'm 5'10/240/18% and the strongest substances I've ever taken is some PHs.

Now following is my planned cycle for SD. I've divided it up into three section On Cycle/PCT/Daily Use (Daily Use is what I'll be taking while on cycle (currently taking them now), PCT and off cycle.

Any advice/critiqing is welcomed.

My planned cycle

ON Cycle:

wk1: 10mg Superdrol, Red Yeast Rice (1.2 g daily), CoQ10 (50-60 mg) Pro Liver (PrimaFORCE)
wk2: 20mg Superdrol, Red Yeast Rice (1.2 g daily), CoQ10 (50-60 mg) Pro Liver (PrimaFORCE)
wk3: 20mg Superdrol, Red Yeast Rice (1.2 g daily), CoQ10 (50-60 mg) Pro Liver (PrimaFORCE)



PCT:

wk1: 40mg Nolva (2 mL), Creatine, 2g Fenugreek seed, Lean Extreme (2x daily), ZMA
wk2: 30mg Nolva
(1.5 mL)
, Creatine, 2.5g Fenugreek seed, Lean Extreme (2x daily), ZMA
wk3: 20mg Nolva
(1 mL)
, Creatine, 3g Fenugreek seed, Lean Extreme (2x daily), ZMA



DAILY USE:



-Healthy Diet

-DHEA 250mg (daily) 100mg morning + 100mg more at noon

-Hawthorne Berry Extract (2 caps daily)- 1 Cap = 550 mg (1.1 g daily)

-Celery Seed Extract

-Omega 3 1000 mg

-Oderless Garlic 2000mg a day

-Mega Men Multi

-Guayaki Yerba Mate

-Certified Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (w/ 100 % organic apple juice)

-Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals

-Mega Cleanse
 
I tried Hawthorne and Celery Seed for BP, but it didn't control mine.
I would keep a check on it.

Cycle looks good.

Hello Old Guy, I usually take just the ACV and the Oderless Garlic and it's worked fine for me (I've had HBP since I was 14, until I learned to get it in check), I'm just taking the others for precautionary messures (prepration for the cycle).
 
You have to find what works for you, the supps you are using work on the majority I would say of the memebers here, and other sites. I know they work for me, and garlic is certainly a nice addition.

You may try Curcumin, it's a powerful Anti-O, and has cardio protective properties along with possible abilities to lower liver enzyme levels.
