The PCT approach I am taking is of what is recommended on Avant Labs's site
-Diet is a 10% surplus, 40/30/30 split
-Training is as outlined on the Avant Labs' site, using 4 weeks of the 5s HST-style.
So far I feel like ****. I feel like I might as well be running clomid, with the depression and mood swings/anger. Haha. Each and every time I run PCT I always say to myself, "Damn, I'm never running any more cycles, this sucks ass," well, lets just say it doesn't seem so bad anymore once the little phase is over with.. This time though, no matter what I feel like I am going to take a huge break for the sake of my health and hormonal balance. I mean yeah being "on" rocks, but if you screw yourself up in the process, not only will "running anymore cyles" be out of the question, but you may never be able to train again, or perhaps live a normal life. Now this may be an extremety, but running too many cycles simultaneously is asking for trouble... and this is from recent personal experience..
