    This is the cycle I am about to begin. My goals are to do a mini-bulk to 230lb for the first 3 weeks and then transition to a mini-cut to 215ish. I am a little worried running T3/Clen while on cycle, but figured I could maintain muscle mass while staying on Ergo. What do you guys suggest?



    Weeks 1+2+3 Max LMG 75mgs
    Weeks 2+3+4+5+6 Ergomax 20mgs
    Weeks 1+2+3 (Heavy Bulk) 4000+ Daily Calories
    Week 4 (High Maintenance 2700 Calories)
    Week 5+6 (Heavy Cut) T3/Clen 2000 Daily Calories with Massive Cardio
    PCT
    (Maintenance 2400 Calories)


    Week 1 (1weeks) – High Calories
    -Max LMG 75mg
    Week 2+3 (2weeks) – High Calories
    -Max LMG 75mg
    -Ergomax 20mg
    Week 4 (1week) – Maintenance Calories
    -Ergomax 20mg
    Week 5 (1week) – Low Calories

    Week 6 (1week) – Low Calories

    Day 1: Nolva 60mg + 75mg RXT + 1.5 grams Fenugreek
    Day 2: Nolva 60mg + 75mg RXT + 1.5 grams Fenugreek
    Day 3: Nolva 40mg + 75mg RXT + 1.5 grams Fenugreek
    Day 4-7: Nolva 20mg + 75mg RXT + 2grams Fenugreek
    PCT Week 2: Nolva 20mg + 75mg RXT + 2grams Fenugreek
    PCT Week 3: Nolva 20mg + 50mg RXT + 2.5grams Fenugreek
    PCT Week 4: Nolva 20mg + 50mg RXT + 2.5grams Fenugreek

  2. I would either cut or bulk. I'm currently cutting with ergo/prostan doing cardio 6 days a week and am still gaining strength. If i was you I would just cut with the ergo which does a good job of recomping. Odds are you'll add some muscle while losing fat on the ergo.

  3. do to time constraints I would much rather do my proposed cycle. Is the thinking behind it wrong...Gain some muscle, cut some fat with the help of those "supplements"? I don't Recomp very well, but I when I do long bulks/cuts, the results are great. I figured with some help, I could see results to a lesser degree quicker?
