Hey guys, im on day 2 of a 6 week cycle of 1-ad. i just thought i would just post what im doin right now and see what you guys think.
my current weight is 194lbs at 5'8" roughly 10-12%bf.
This is my breakdown for this week
Meal-1: 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 1 small bag of brown rice
Cal: 560 Carb: 66 Prot: 30
Meal-2: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp flax oil, 1 1/2 scoops of whey blended
Cal: 690 Fat: 14 Carb: 56 Prot: 48
Meal-3: 1.5 cups mashed sweet potatoes, 6oz lean beef or chicken.
Cal: 575 Carb: 71 Prot: 36
Meal-4: Same as meal 2
Meal-5: 1 small bag brown rice, 6 oz lean beef or chicken
Cal: 495 Carb: 66 Prot: 36
Workout
PWO shake 50gs dextrose malto combo, 50+g whey
Meal-6: Same as meal 2 and 4
Total: 3750 calories Fat: 111g Carb: 1606g Prot: 287g.
roughly a 30/40/30 ratio
I plan on doing this meal plan for 2 weeks then raising to 4000 calories and depending on how i feel, more from there.
as for my cycle im starting at 300mg first 3 weeks depending on how i feel. and 600mg last 3 weeks.
PCT consists of nolva 40mg week 7, 20mg week 8, and 10 mg the last 2 weeks. 600mg 6oxo week 7 and 8 and 300mg week 9 and 10. im also taking milk thistle on and off cycle and garlic extract.
any comments? thanks for your time.
