the albuteral is supposed to act similiar to clen but with less sides(anti catabolic,keep fat off)-i'm not sure i buy how effective it is compared to clen. The keto is to keep from beta 2 receptor degragation. I don't think you need all that stuff. Just some nolva and maybe some fenugreek should be fine
