dont you mean 1-12 4-ad? and id bump the 4-ad up to 1200mg if u got enough...and 600mg of 1-ad

it looks good...use 60-40-40-20 for nolva...i dont use clomid so cant help there

also, get some lean xtreme,flax oil, red yeast rice,coq10, and other cholesterol goodies for lipid fixing

I would not use SD for my 1st cycle. I'd do week 1-12 of 1-AD & 4-AD, but 8 weeks may be good enough your 1st cycle IMO.
