How do you measure IBE Clenbuterol

Get an Oral Syringe from Custom, or if you have an old Sesathin Bottle and Syringe use that, the caps fit the IBE bottles perfectly.

Ok I found one of the Exact-Med oral syringes from my previous Nolva bottle. How is this measured out in mL's for propper Clen dossage, ie; 20,40,60,80..etc.
 
Its a 1mL Syringe, and a 100MCG/ML bottle of clen, so would it be .2=20MCG or .2=40MCG?
