Cutting cycle, critique

First off, Stats are..
22 years old, lifting for 2 and a half years. 235lbs around 18%BF 6'2".
I have run a 1AD/4AD cycle and a TEST E/D-BOL cycle as well.

I have a stock pile of prohormones and recently finished up a bulk cycle.

I'm thinking of running something like this....

M4OHN and 1,4 Andro
wk1 andro 600mg
wk2 andro 600mg
wk3 andro 800mg
wk4 andro 800mg
wk5 andro 1000mg
wk6 andro 1000mg
wk7 andro 1200mg
wk8 andro 1200mg
Week 1: M4OHN 20mg
Week 2: M4OHN 24mg
Week 3: M4OHN 28mg
Week 4: M4OHN 32mg
Week 5: M4OHN 36mg
wk9 Nolva 60mg rebound xt 4 caps
wk10 Nolva 40mg rebound xt 3 caps
wk11 Nolva 40mg rebound xt 2 caps
wk12 Nolva 20mg rebound xt 1 cap

possibly add clenbuterol and t3 as well? Like...

Weeks 1-2:
CLEN - 40,80,120,160,160,160,160,140,120,100,80,60,40,20
T3 - 25,50,50,75,75,100,100,100,75,75,50,50,25,25

Weeks 3-4 - ECA Stack

weeks 5-6:
CLEN - 40,80,120,160,160,160,160,140,120,100,80,60,40,20
T3 - 25,50,50,75,75,100,100,100,75,75,50,50,25,25
Wks7-8 ECA STACK

no need to taper clen.

your T3 protocol is not ideal. employ a 5/45/50 or 5/50/45 for safety.

why only 5 weeks of MOHN? is that all you have?

most importantly - what kind of diet plan will you be using?

No need to taper clen? All the post I've read said taper up and then taper down. Seems more logical as to not shock your body.
Only running 5 weeks of MOHN because I only have 3 bottles of it. I could stretch it to 6 weeks but wouldnt be able to run it up to 36mg ed.
As far as diet plan... just running low calories, keeping protien high and lowering carbs.

You think with this cycle it is realistic to drop around 8%-10%bf?

you really should just read up on this before you post....T3 protocol: approximately 5% of cycle duration should be ramping up to max, 45% should be at max, and 55% should be slowly tapering down, so 2 weeks would be about:

50/100/100/100/100/100/100/75/65/55/45/35/25/15

this provides maximum recovery time for your thyroid.

and no, you wont drop 8-10% in 8 weeks. if you drop 4%, consider it a good run.

oh and in regards to tapering clen....and i am tired of posting this theory, btw...

you ramp up clen, because your body acclimates quickly to whatever dose you are using. if you use 40mcg for 5 days straight, by day 6 you wont get much from it. by tapering down, you are giving your body a microdose of what it already has told you it is completely used to. how much sense does this make?? the body is 'shocked' only on the ramp up, not on the back end; stopping clean or tapering down - your body doesnt know the difference. it's like giving a hardened crackhead only a little crumb to smoke - it'll be like nothing at all to him.

sounds like a good cycle...during pct, throw in clen, cause clen spares/builds muscle, but doesnt alter test levels


what type of cardio are you going to do?

ok, thx for clarifying on dosing same_old, I appreciate the input.
I will consider running clen during pct. This is something I wish I would have done during pct on my last cycle.
Cardio will involve jogging/bike for the most part for 30min after each workout and I work out 3 to 4 times a week. I do a manual labor job and Im outside all day walking and lifting heavy objects so that should help the process. I imagine I will sweat like a mofo on t3/clen, espcially being outside in these hot temps, thats what I hear happens with t3 is you do sweat balls.

Any one else?

I don't taper T3, but that's me. Your thyroid is still shut down at 15mcg same as 100mcg.

I think m4ohn+1,4 are not strong enough to counter T3 catabolism. You need to run a low dose of T3.

Hmm, so you think up to 50mcg or maybe 75mcg instead of 100mcg. Or maybe it would be best to do without t3?

someone please correct me if i'm wrong here, but i believe, when incorporating RXT w/Nolva for PCT, one should decrease the dosage of nolva as PCT goes on, and INCREASE the doses of RXT as PCT goes on....get it? also, i've read Designer's reps saying before that 3 caps/day would be the max for almost everyone(up to 250 lbs.). worrrrd. someone can feel free to intervene here if needed, but i think i'm correct. :think:

Yea I heard mixxed opinions on that. I may just do without RXT and just run nolva.
As far as T3 dosage goes, im just gonna run it up to 75mcg instead of 100mcg. I plan on starting in 2 weeks so wish me luck.
