By the time I get to this cycle in November I will be roughly 225 lbs with 10-12% bf. I'm 24 yrs old w/ 3 cycles under my belt (all cutters so far) and have 10 yrs workout experience. I am looking to gain at least 12 solid pounds from this one as well as really strengthen my joints. My diet will be 3000 cals (360g protein, 300g carbs all complex except pwo maltodextrin, and 30g fat) Any input will be greatly appreciated.
