Long story short, I just finished my two week cycle of this. I kept my diet constant (although the clen made me hungry) as well as the workouts. I started at 20 mcg and got up all the way to 100 mcg. In 14 days, I lost .3 lbs. No difference in the mirror. Wondering if RUI products isn't legit clen. Next time around (if there's a next time) i'll try to stick to sopharma. I think I'll go back to the ECY/n2slin/cardarine stack.
