For the supps you mentioned, I just split up the dose during the day if possible, or take it all in the morning.
1. Celery Seed-- 150-300mg (I'm trying 600 now)
Lowers blood pressure.
2. Taurine; I think 5-10g?
Helps reduce back pump pain; nutrient partioner (?). Take pre-workout.
3. NAC 1g (may be higher than what others use)
Liver detox
[EDIT-- I listed 1.5-2.5g of NAC, but just learned that about 1800mg NAC may become pro-oxidant.]
4. CEE
Same purpose as creatine.
5. Policosanol, 10-20mg
Improves cholesterol
6. Red Yeast Rice 1200mg 2ED (use for 3-4 weeks PCT)
Improves cholesterol;
Also take CoQ10 with this. RYR depletes CoQ10 resources.
(Some believe this carries the same risk as using statins, but someone posted a study showing that's not true.)
7. CoQ10, 50-200mg ED
Heart health;
8. ALA, R-ALA, or K-R-ALA; 150-300mg (600mg max); or 250mg K-R-ALA
Anti-oxidant; Improves glucose transport
Also liver detox if using R-ALA or K-R-ALA
Add biotin or d-biotin when using these -- they deplete biotin resources. FYI -- too much biotin can also be bad.
9. Saw Palmetto; Forgot the dose, but I think you want to get 100mg-300mg sitosterol out of the saw palmetto)
Blocks DHT; Improves prostate function and prevents hair loss. This is a little debatable.
Others to consider:
10. Fish oil; 5-12g
Improve cholesterol; heart health
I feel this is pretty important if you use SD.
11. Safflower - possible alternate/addition to fish oil
12. Sesathin
Improves cholesterol, but some feel this lessens gains on SD
13. Sylimarin 500mg during PCT (milk thistle)
Liver function; some believe this does nothing
14. Garlic - I take something 2ED which says "equivalent to 1250mg garlic"
Cholesterol and heart health
SIDE NOTE- You'll feel like a junkie when taking all these pills.
