Okay here's the deal. After an S1 stack ending in March I was 6'2" 230lbs. After PCT I went into cutting and am now 195. I will continue cutting until 185, and remain on maintenance until October. At which time I am going to do an SD oral at 10, 20, 30 followed by LXT and RXT. Glucophase being the awesome product that it is will probably be in use throughout all of it.
My question is what are the dietary and exercise reccomendations to avoid gaining as much fat as possible while picking up LBM during the cycle, and do you think PCT is sufficient to avoid loss.
As this is not until the fall, I am very open to suggested modifications.
