    What's up with the weight gain... I started my cycle on 6/10
    @ 10mg and gained 5 lbs during that week... Now last Friday
    I started week two @ 20 mg. My workout looks like this.
    Tue: Bis, chest.
    Thu: Back, tri's.
    Sat: Shoulders, Legs.
    Ab's on two of my off days.
    So as of now I only worked each muscle group once.
    As of this morning I am up 9-10 lbs from the beginning of
    my cycle..... Is this water retention?
    (I'm also stacking with 4-ad)

    Expect some of that to be water weight from 4ad, but some of it is probably muscle. What is your 4ad dosage, and is it oral or transdermal? If I had to guess without knowing your stats, half might be water, half might be muscle. Have you noticed any bodyfat changes? Just curious but why are you stacking it with 4ad?

    You shouldnt see much water at all...SD seems to keep things really dry, so unless you are mega dosing 4AD, I highly doubt you'll notice any water retention at all.

  4. I'm doing oral 4-ad 900mg. Haven't noticed any body fat gains and my ab's are still showing.... It's kind of funny. I've never been over 180lbs in my life. I do notice a difference in my biceps and pec's.... For the past few days they look to be pumped as if I was working out. It would be great if they stay this way during PCT and after.
    (Just curious but why are you stacking it with 4ad?) I had a bottle and asked if it would be a good stack and a few said yes, go for it.

    My guess as well. SD is really good at replenishing and supersaturating muscle glycogen.

  7. i gained about 13 pounds in 2 weeks on 10mg. Most noticabl was in the first 5 days i put on about 8 or 9 pounds. im three weeks out and im down only 1-2 pounds.

    Friday I will be at the end of week two @ 20mg and this morning I am up a total of 11-12 lbs. On the average it looks to be a pound a day...... We will see what happens in week three.
