Just when you think you've read all you need to you find out something new. Anybody know about Clenbuterol's negative affect on the heart?

It's been shown to be cardio toxic to rat heart muscle at higher doses. I'm not sure whether or not this applies to human pharmacology or if it has been shown to be toxic to humans.
Common sense would dictate that any substance that causes tachycardia be treated with caution.
I've used it several times, like it but fear it a little.
