Halo dosage schedule

Soo been on 4ad since Monday, going to start halo this coming Monday. Question is, if I go up to 100mg, is it better to take 50 am and 50 pm or try to spread the doses out more? I know it has a long half life

When I did Halo I would just take AM and PM... Soon as I got up and post or preworkout. About 8 Hours apart.

OK cool. I work out fasted 5 am so I guess 5 am/5 pm
