What is the right time of day to take SD

I will be taking one week of 10mg a day and two weeks at 20mg ad day. Any suggestions of time to take the SD will be appreciated. Personal experiance preferred.

5:17 am is the best time to take SD. One minute earlier or later and you will not get as good results. This is my personal experiance. Trust me.
