Beginners SUPERDROL Cycle Question?

Hi, I've read many articles on dosage of superdrol but see anywhere between 10-20 mg to 40mg recommended by some on other sites. I'm 5"8 165 lbs 21 years old trying to recover alot of muscle mass as I used to be 195 lbs all lean 2 years ago. I haven't worked out the last 2 years period and just started 2 weeks ago but am not noticing the hype about muscle memory..... I'm definately doing this cycle of SUPERDROL and REBOUND so can someone recommend a cycle dosage that is safe and what side affects should I look out for? My idea of a cycle right now is 20 mg a day (150 grams of protein a day), and ZMA nightly........

150g protein? and you want to put on size?
think you need to read a lot more about nutrition (and eat a lot more)
 
Muscle memory is a great thing if you eat right. Try getting 300+grams a day using only 3 shake max. Your diet probably isn't right and you can right now make very superb gains all natural. Let your muscles and joints and conn. tissues get used to moving weight again. Two weeks is a very insignificant amount of time as your fist week back you probably didn't go balls to the wall. There is no way your body would let you. Why don't you get all your stuff and hold on to it till you can say diet training rest and all other factors are in check and you stop making great gains naturally. This will also give you time to do more research on sd rxt dosing etc. Not to be an ass but if you want to be ignorant and ignore my advice (which is the exact same 99% of the other members will give you) than def. start sd at 10mg ed. Man I feel like an ass even telling you that. Put it off bro, and thank me later.
 
For real, do ALOT more research. You need milk thistle, rry, oderless garlic, taurine and a good amount of others if you plan on feeling okay when you are done. If you dont care about messing yourself up to gain 1LBS. (probally what you will gain with 150g of protien) then go ahead and take it. Wait a week, read, then decide on your cycle. I waited about 2 weeks and finally came up with mine last night and wont start untill monday to make sure it is right.
 
You'll recover a lot of muscle you had very fast-- just train without the superdrol. Then in a year think about it again.

Geez, alittle impatient aren't we? I would do a little bit more reading and researching and continue to lift for at least 3 more months at the minimum.
 
diet? diet plan? primary activities/sport(s)? workout plan? SLEEP???

@ 21, you still have the hormone levels of a teenager, so if you're not growing like you were @ 19, something *other than your hormone levels is out-of-whack; EXTRA hormones should be left as the very last thing - after all the above are *solid*.
 
I am only posting on this because I have made these mistakes before. Make sure you wait at least 3 months before jumping into this. This has injury written all over it. Get back into it, build up some strength, and then if you feel you want to do it then do it. Don't jump straight into it though, that is just being naive.
 
Super Fast Gains

Thanks for the advice, no supplemetns here right now just protein to the max. I already gained almost 8 lbs from working out and bench went up from 195 to 225 for 4 reps in 1 week and a half. My question now is i think it will take a month or so from now to get into shape from when I stopped. When should I start superdrol and how long a cycle? Thanks for the advice again.

I really dont get it.
You ask a question, get anwsers but refuse to listen.
Then you ask another question and expect answers.
You think because your bench went up in a week and a half you are back to where you used to be. You need to learn a lot more about how your body works and diet.

You asked for cycle advice so here it is: Your cycle should be 1 day.
