Yea i got that and im not trying to argue with you on this....( i am in no means educated in this stuff nearly as much as half the people here-just trying to get some info) then why on some other board mainly when inexp users come on and say they arent gaining anything do people tell them to eat more. Exactly. But you might want to see how much you can clean up naturally before using any AAS. 20% is a going to take some work. I would see how much you could lose naturally by eating a clean 6-7 meals a day. Why wait till fall? General practice is to bulk durring Winter and cut before summer arrives. Just some ideas![]()
