Hey guys i'm just looking for somebody to check out my fat loss cycle ANY Info/guidance is well appreciated. Im also very new to this forum so bare with me lol.
Stats: 5'8", 23.4 BF 213lbs BMR is 1985

History Weight training 5+ years I've already done one cycle.

I workout 5 out of 7 days and i workout twice a day. both weight training with 60 LISS Cardio. in the morning

Macros: 270 Carbs, 240 protein, 65 Fat 2665 Calories I do a macro based eating style.
Cycle: (im at week 8 of 16 and just started cytomel and clen)
Test-E 500mg Tuesday/Friday
Cytomel tappered up to 125mcg/day
Clen 125mcg/day 1 week on 1 week off
Arimidex .50mg EOD or 1mg EOD (depending on my Gyno)
I will start whinny on my final 6 week stretch at 50mg

I started T3 and clen on 08/20/17 and dropped from 227 to 213.4 as of 08/30/17 (probably just water weight)

got my stats done and lost .9% BF and put on 2lbs of "muscle" it was after working out that i got my scan done. i'm pretty sure a majority of the lbs lost was just water.

Increase protein and taper carbs each week. Drop maybe 50 grams of carbs each week and increase protein by 50 grams the first week and hold it steady at 290-300. Although when you approach keto levels, I'd up protein to 350g per day.

Add some MCT, maybe 2-3 TBSP max over the course of 3-4 weeks from now.

Switch over to stair mill for half your cardio sessions.
