what dosage for RYR and CoQ10?

I'm doing a SD cycle right now and just got some RYR and CoQ10 to help with the lipids. just wanted to know how much of each you guys are taking with SD (per day). I was thinking of using 1.2 g RYR and 200mg CoQ10 per day.

Standard dosage is 1200mg for the RYR and 60mg for CoQ10. I think that you may need to double the RYR (and CoQ10 accordingly) and run it at least for 1 month. It works after 2 weeks. So probably it would be smart to go at 1200 the first two weeks, at 2400 other 2 weeks and then get bloodtests done.
