I'm on week 6 of an 8 week 1,4,epi cycle 330/330/1000.
Over the past week, I've been bloated and look fatter instead of leaner.
Diet and training are on point. I've been drinking tons of water, watching fiber, etc. to try to un-bloat (I think I just made up that word) but I still feel like a balloon.
Will dropping the 4-andro help? Any other suggestions?
