Need some advice on dosing these 2 together. I ran the LGD solo before starting at 5mg up to 10mg by the end. Did not really see much results, a little strength increase but that's about it could have been underdosed or bunk. I have one bottle of Super LGD and 2 bottles of halo-plex, trying to see how I should run these both together. I already have an AI and serm on hand.
