Goal:
Drop 1-2% bodyfat and add 3-5 pounds of LBM for beach vacation (Memorial Day weekend)

Elephant in the room:
Phenomenol is part of the stack that PhytoHealth sells. There is a blog post about using this stack but the author doesn't show up in any google searches and it's most likely a paid article of some sort. I'm trying to get my hands on some Nolvadex and if I do, I'll use that instead. Phenomenol might be the "new best thing" for a mild cycle like halodrol but I dont feel like being the first to try it.
Blood work:
I don't think I will be able to get blood work prior to start (money/time). I do plan to get some at the end of PCT.
Body composition:
Age: 39
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 184
Bench: 195lb 1RM
Deadlift: 250lb 1RM (230 5x5 is my usual so estimating this 1RM)
Squat: 190lb 1RM? Dunno never tried a 1RM...legs are something I'm going to work on this cycle.
BF%: 18? I'm getting hydrostatic testing on Monday, will update the post then. I'm also getting it at end of PCT and will update again.

Questions
- I really don't want my libido and erection to drop ESPECIALLY for the 3rd week of PCT. I'm going to party in south Florida with my homeboys, this is our weekend to get out. What can I expect for libido and is there anything I can do to help? DAA? When do I take it?
- Assuming I get ahold of Nolvadex, I've read it doesn't have any interaction with alcohol and is safe to use. Is there any contradicting info that I didn't see?
- I've read that I don't NEED joint support, but if I start to experience dry joints/pain to take something then. What should I take?
- Is it ok to continue using AR1MACARE PRO during the PCT? (switching to SUP3R per alvin1's recommendatino)
