Guess who's back.... Back again!

Welcome all Subs
Iv been on hiatus for a little while and I'm stoked to be back!

Looking to start another cycle in about a month and getting prep ready for a good run.

This will be my first run pinning
If run my share of orals in the past (epi/halo/stano/dimethabold/Superdrol/etc)

My logs are archived but still available

This time around I have access to some great state side gear and I'm ready to roll in March.

Would love some input from the guys and gals on layout and add ins

Age: 24
Weight: 185
Bf: ~16-18%
Lifts 255/245/335

Will be running this for 14 weeks as a recomp cycle

Full 22 weeks running a carb cycling diet
Low carb day : 211P/73F/100C
High carb days : 211P/42F/650C

Test Cyp: 1-14 600mg (300mg 2x/wk)
Msten: 1-4 20/20/20/20
Arimidex: .5mg EOD

PCT 16-22
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Sup3r PCT 4/4/4/4
Super Test 6/6/6/6


Tossing around the idea of adding in another compound after the Msten ends.
What are the benefits to running HCG with test?

Not much bro, just been underground for awhile. A lot was going on and my lifestyle took a hit for some time. But, its great to be back.

Me too man, have been away from here for a while. Had a lot going on as well and slacked off for a good amount of time. Glad you're back and doing your thing! Time to get big...

Looking to natty recomp the next 4 weeks on the same diet until cycle begins too. So progress before pic will be uploaded at that time as well

First off.
Diet is in full swing and so far feeling good!
Had a killer arm day this morning. Went in for some cardio after work.
After a couple miles, I had this urge to throw around some heavy weight because my workout this morning was so good.
Ended up PR on deadlifts at 345 and hitting my old PR for reps

Not even running anything yet and smashing some goals in anticipation!

Getting closer..... But bad news.
Uncle Sam put a hold on my cash so I'm patiently waiting for that before I can order.

Prep is going well. I had a couple business trips the past 2 weeks so I've been dieting as I can and making due with the hotel gyms.
Still putting up some good weight, shedding a few pounds before starting up.
Once my refund hits, orders will be placed, and we will be on our way!

Still waiting to hear back from my source so I can place my order, but everything else is gtg

At this point, I'm strongly considering starting up the msten early to kick-start the cycle.
I have enough to run the msten for 6 weeks so I'm thinking starting it now, giving 2 weeks for my gear to ship, then continue my plan for the full 12-14wks of cycle.

Any thoughts on this? Is it worth the liver stress for 2 extra weeks of gains?

13-15% bf? Ehh no.
Yeah, I was def off.
Adjusted.
The last few weeks of being on the road for work took a little toll but still put in some work.
Running this as recomp. Looking to end about 190 at 10-12% after PCT and drop another % or two running ECA after that

I'm not familiar with Msten yet but why not run it for 6 weeks? every PH is different but alot of the 1s you said you have done get your best gains week 6 unless the sides get to hard to handle

Msten is a pretty toxic compound. Normally I would run it six but it kicks in week 2-3 where the test I'm running won't kick till 4. Msten is being used in this case as a kick start to the cycle.
What I was trying to avoid would be sides dragging me down as I would still have 10 weeks to go on cycle with test / post msten

Rough morning to say the least. Can't be the compound obviously, but this was just one of those days.
Yesterday was exhausting so that may play part to it. But sleep didn't come easy last night and I paid for it this morning

I'm running a similar cycle. I jump started my test cyp and mast cycle with BPS Epidrone. By the time the test kicks in, I'll already be tightened up quite a bit.

Good news. My guy came through, should have my gear just in time to implement.
Inject kit is in the mail and everything else is in house.

Moderate kick in today. First sign of strength gains as lifts are coming on easier, pumps were great, energy is high.

Day 5
Went in and did some early morning core workouts and some full body lifts
2-3 ab circuits consisting of decline sit ups, crunches, flutter kicks, Roman twists, etc.
Clean and Press
Deads
Squats
Power cleans

Didn't log any weights, just tried to get a good pump

Did end up dosing some taurine post workout. Back pumps are kicking in

Day 6 was a rest. Long work day and needed some well deserved sleep in time (I'm usually at the gym by 4:45am)

Feeling great!

Arms were feeling REALLY tight by the end of this volume workout. Still stabilizing weight right at 182-185. I am seeing some body comp progress. Shoulders are def coming out again. Chest is starting to become more defined and well rounded.
Thinking of adding in some good Arginine AKG pwo to develop a little more vascularity, but that may just come with time as I lean out and tighten up over the next 20-30 weeks

All in all, a solid first week.
Strongly considering bumping up to 30mg at begining of week 3 and running 30 for the last 4 weeks of the kick-start.
L be running Ar1macare Pro from OL as well those 4 weeks. I am currently self dosing support sups from my plethora of vitamins and such

Day 9:
Lethargy hit pretty hard this day. Workout was lagging hard.
Worked in some full body work (Olympic lifts, bench, squat, rows, deads)

Spent day 10 as a rest to recoup a little bit. Got some extra sleep, went to work both days (busy season here in MO)
Feeling much better. Might hit it later tonight, may just hit it back hard tomorrow morning. Either way, feeling good now.
I'll start Ar1macare Pro and 30mg starting week 3, and hopefully test will be here the same day.

Loving it so far!

Man am I glad I waited till morning. Hit the weights right at 4:45, extra scoop of NOXPLOAD and bam! Back on the high of cycle.

Back from some downtime savages!

Day 11 was great. Pumps were incredible, starting to lean out some more. I have my workout logged and I can up load later.

Day 12 - no gym to use so the workout was all BW, HIIT, core, etc.

Day 13- literally went and paintballed for 7 hours. My legs are killing me still. Back pumps were crazy bad. Couldn't chug water fast enough.
I have started Ar1macare Pro in my daily dosages as well.

Day 14- bump to 30mg msten

Day 15- gear is here!! 2 vials came in gtg. 1 totally gelled up on me. Contacting my source to get some info on a replacement, but do you think it's gtg if I warm it up? IV heard of crystalizing, but this is like jelly... So we will see. I'm going to pin 250mg of Cyp before bed tonight from the good vials. I know the lab is legit so I'm not worried about tampering or anything.

Also since I will start with Msten only 2 times a day for the first 2 weeks I wonder what is the best timing for that??? Thanks so much.

ACare is plenty for cycle
Really, not even 100% necessary, but it's got a mild AI and tudca. So I like it with orals

Could run it 8am and 2pm for msten
10am and 6 on for Acare

Well day one on the test was a little rough not going to lie!
But, this may also be due to 30mg msten lol no way to really know now. Higher BP, aches, slight fever. Not a big deal and very manageable.
Slight PIP from IM thigh injection but dull at this point.

Was able to make it into the gym for 2 a days all this week so far.
Great back workouts, did some core to bring on the abdominal definition as I lean out the midsection.
Still maintaining weight slightly above average. Fluxing to 186-88 the last couple days. Fine with that, just trying to control water retention, sodium, and carb intake
Booked a Vaca to Mexico in 6 weeks, want to be looking shredded on the beach.
Obviously I won't be flying with gear so I'll blast through the 4 days and pick it back up to normal after getting back.
Should be a sweet run! Can't wait for the test to kick in..... Shivers

Dude, look up pinning the ventriglutes. 100% pain free!! I used to do my quads.. Not any more!!

Felt a ton better today
No aches or BP issues,
No real pain from inj site

Slept in today and hit the gym in the afternoon only today

Lat pulldowns 5 sets
Close grip pulldowns 5 sets
Shrugs 5 sets
Curls 5 sets
Deads 5 sets
Clean and Press 5 sets
Rows 5 sets

Felt great. Nice pump by the end
Energy is still a little low. Thinking from low carb day. Still adjusting to diet

Only sides right now are slightly elevated BP and acne started up today
