Quick Advice (continued)

day 1 I took 2 pills of clen, didnt feel much, day 2 I took 3 pills and got bad cramps, day 3 is today I took 2 pills again and had minor cramps...so today is wed night, I had barely no carbs and tomorrow I will eat barely any carbs again...I want to look my best on fri/sat/sun day...so should I carb up thursday night and conitnue carbing up throught fri/sat/sun...or should I just start carbing up on Friday morning...?


I'm also on a dbol/test e cycle (day 33) and drinking green tea, potassium 1.5 grams, and I'll start my Arginine on friday...Any suggestions guys?
 
Aren't you trying to lose some water? Carb up with low sodium stuff when you do and drink more water!
 
I though you were supposed to drink little water...while your body continues to filter out existing water from the skin's surface...

If you don't drink lots of water, your body will think that water is running short and will retain more.

okay, I was talking about if you loaded sodium then reduced sodium intake...then that's how you trick your body into releasing water...I tried to reduce sodium this week and I did for the most part but I didnt really load it...so should I continue drinking lot's of water/green tea and carb up...
 
Yes, you really didn't have time to do the sodium loading trick anyway. At this point, drink water, avoid sodium and take you potassium.
